The building comprises of three 18th century, Grade II listed, merchant’s homes, which have been sympathetically joined and onverted to offer a variety of accommodation. Minimum stay : 1 night. We offer spacious self contained twin studio with separate or integral kitchen and bathroom. Having recently undergone extensive refurbishment, the apartments now offer the ambiance and character necessary to create a home away from home, whether you are traveling on business or for pleasure. All studios have air-cooling units and include en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped and fitted kitchen including cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils and crockery, colour TV and individual direct dial telephone line. On your arrival, all beds are fully made up. For stays longer than 7 nights, a weekly cleaning service, change of linen and towels are included in the price. Additional maid service can be arranged locally. Within the building there is a well equipped laundry and ironing room. In addition to a guest lounge which hosts TV, we have a bright and sunny courtyard both of which offer a peaceful escape. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation and a deposit of 20% of the total rental price, which is non-refundable. ACORN POLICY : . Should Acorn need to change the booking, alternative accommodation will be offered, or a full refund given. Acorn cannot accept responsibility for loss of any luggage, valuables or for injury sustained during your stay, whether in an apartment provided or whilst you are out. Therefore we strongly recommend that full travel insurance is taken out. CANCELLATION All requests for cancellation must be made in writing and will take affect from the date the letter/email is received at our office. Our conditions are as follows: Advance payment (deposit) is non-refundable in all circumstances. • Cancellation more than 31 days before your arrival: the deposit is non refundable. • Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before your arrival: 50 % of the invoice is payable. • Cancellation less than 14 days before your arrival: will not be subject to any refund, regardless of whether or not full payment has been received. For long term stay (more than 4 weeks), should you wish to shorten your stay you must give 3 weeks notice in writing. Should you leave the apartment without giving the notice required we will retain the amount corresponding to those 3 weeks rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance. DAMAGE/LOST DEPOSIT We require a £300 GBP deposit either in cash, cleared funds or credit/debit card, as damage deposit. If taken by cash or cleared funds, your deposit will be returned to you within 14 days, if taken by card, it is only a preauthorization on fund. There are no charges, unless: • The conditions relating to reservations, payment and cancellation are not respected. • If keys are lost or unreasonable damage is caused. *The lowest available fully inclusive rate per night for the apartment This apartment is advertised direct by an Apartment Manager
