It is composed of: a large living room with red brick pavements and wooden beam, with table and chairs and fitted kitchen finely finshed in wood, there is a loft bedroom with a double bed, there is a spiral iron staircase that leads to the loft, there is also a large bedroom with a big window and another loft bedroom with a single bed, the bathroom is finely finshed in white and grey tuscan marble with a large shower box. There is also a washing machine, air conditioning, indipendent heating, TV-DVD, microwave oven, iron fridge/freezer.
