Living/dining room with 25m2, including a three suite sofa with a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs and TV. Fitted kitchen including dish and clothes washers, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, four gas cooking rings, electric oven, pots and pans, etc. Entrance hall, larder, bathroom including wash basin, bath tub with shower attachment, loo and bidet. An attractive feature of this apartment is its own private paved area and garden for exclusive use of this apartment, plus garden table and chairs to eat or relax al fresco. Another attraction is its own private entrance at ground level through the garden. The main entrance of the building is through Avenida Biarritz, although the apartment has a second, its own private entrance, through Avenida do Lago.
